Gull Cottage offers luxury detached self-catering accommodation in St Mawes, situated at the end of the beautiful Roseland peninsula in south Cornwall.

The breathtaking views from the house and garden are amongst the finest in St Mawes. There is a rare feeling of seclusion and privacy whilst at the same time being so close to the village centre. The grandstand views allow guests to relax, unwind and simply watch the activity on the water and in the village.

The house sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, two of which are ensuite.  Two of the bedrooms have the option to be configured as either a double or a twin. All of the bedrooms have stunning views of the sea and village. There are a total of four bathrooms. Up to two well-behaved, house trained dogs are welcome. There is private parking for two cars next to the property.

The property has recently been extended and refurbished, with a well-equipped kitchen and electric Aga. Quality beds and sumptuous crisp white linen ensure the best night’s sleep.

The house has a unique architectural character both internally and externally, whilst harnessing solar energy to improve its eco-credentials.

New for 2022, we are excited to have created a 10m Petanque pitch on the lower garden terrace. Petanque, or boules, is a classic outdoor bowling game which can be played by people of all ages and abilities, all year round!
